The Warehouse Assistant / Orderpicker plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be required to understand and follow all warehouse procedures. This role is essential for the correct and efficient movement of products through the supply chain.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy when picking and packing orders.
• Demonstrate collaboration and adaptability, especially during busy periods.
• Assist in conducting detailed and thorough warehouse stock audits, including participating in the annual stock audit.
• Be properly trained in manual handling operations and safely perform manual handling tasks.
• Assist in the smooth running of warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s health and safety policies and procedures, demonstrating care for colleagues and equipment.
• Report any stock damage or equipment repair needs to your Team Leader.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 07:00 – 18:00, with occasional Saturday shifts.

• Strong numerical skills.
• Good understanding of the English language to accurately receive, interpret, and communicate information.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency.
• Reliable, with a strong commitment to the role.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and independently.
• A team player with strong communication skills at all levels.
