As a Transportation Employee for our client in Venlo, you will ensure smooth transportation processes within the Distribution Center and the Service Center in Germany. Your responsibilities include:

• Timely processing of transport orders.
• Preparing and submitting shipping documents to transport partners.
• Handling inquiries about shipment statuses and delivery dates.
• Acting as the main contact between operational teams and transport partners.
• Reporting transport-related KPIs to ensure cost-efficient operations.
• Filing claims for transport damages.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment as part of a committed team.

• A completed degree, preferably in transportation/logistics, or comparable qualifications.
• At least several years of work experience in transport logistics within an international organization.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch or German is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of transport processes and activities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Team spirit, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of customs procedures is an advantage.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)

• A salary between €2800 and €3100 per month, depending on your experience and skills (between €16.15 and €17.88 per hour).
• Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.
