As a (Trainee) Production Worker, you will be responsible for independently programming, operating, and managing one or more (sawing) machines. You'll work in a clean, safe, and modern sawing department, processing various assignments with tight tolerances. This includes cutting pre-formed carbide products precisely to customer specifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cutting carbide products to size using sawing machines.
• Independently programming, operating, and managing one or more (sawing) machines.
• Planning and prioritizing your tasks and taking proactive action.
• Reading and independently interpreting work instructions.
• Performing quality checks using measurement tools and equipment.
• Carrying out minor maintenance on machines and keeping them clean.

• At least LBO or MBO work and thinking level.
• You are precise, work carefully, and always prioritize quality.
• You are flexible and enjoy keeping your workspace tidy.
• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
