As a Technician , you will specialize in electrical and control systems, handling both corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. You will also supervise and train junior Service Technicians, ensuring the team’s success in completing technical tasks independently.We work in a two or five shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor systems, diagnose faults, and perform repairs.
• Preventive Inspections: Independently carry out maintenance tasks, follow checklists, and ensure quality work.
• Mechanical & Electrical Work: Read technical drawings, perform repairs, and replace parts as necessary.
• System Knowledge: Work with control technology, networks, and various technical tools to optimize system performance.
• Training: Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of work performed in systems.
• Team Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and departments.

• Strong experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and handling control systems.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example.
• Willingness to mentor and train junior technicians.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
