Join this international company as a Digital Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role behind the scenes, empowering marketers and retailers to effectively communicate through a network of digital displays. You'll be involved in thrilling projects, such as developing interactive maps to track the journeys of Fortuna Sittard soccer players.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues via phone, email, and ServiceNow.
• Accurately document client issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Use internal tools to configure software settings, assist with hardware installations, and provision new devices.
• Ensure timely resolution or escalation of tickets as needed.
• Analyse technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.

(Who you are)

• You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service by phone.
• Some technical support experience is a big plus.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• Speaking German or French is preferred.
• You enjoy solving problems and working in a team.
• You are flexible and willing to work an evening shift sometimes.
• A customer-first attitude is more important than technical skills.

Technical affinity is a plus, but your customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills are even more important.
