We are looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and onsite visits.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions and improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues

Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in the energy sector preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
