Responsibilities:

• Service: serve drinks and snacks, ensuring guests receive top-tier service that enhances their experience.
• Leadership: oversee and inspire 1-2 bar staff members each shift, nurturing a team-oriented environment.
• Atmosphere: uphold a convivial and inviting ambiance, reflective of our establishment's commitment to excellent music and hospitality.
• Operations: manage the bar's daily activities, with prospects of expanding into inventory management and supplier coordination.

• Live in the city of Maastricht, if this is not the case an own car with a drivers licence is needed!
• Fluent in English, Dutch not essential.
• Enthusiastic about rock music, engaging guests.
• Available Saturdays, committed long-term.
• Aiming for managerial growth in hospitality.

• Start at €15 per hour with room for growth through performance-based raises.
• Secure a part-time contract with a clear path to managerial roles.
