Responsibilities
As an AGF Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and motivating your team during shifts (morning/evening, and night shifts during peak season).
- Coordinating daily tasks in production or AGF logistics, adapting to changing priorities.
- Overseeing quality, safety, and efficiency processes in a work environment where the temperature is approximately 5°C.
- Ensuring adherence to workplace procedures and standards.
- Maintaining smooth operations, including quick responses to potential disruptions.
- Participating in process improvements and initiating actions to enhance performance.
- Regularly reporting progress and results to the Operations Manager.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience as a leader in the AGF, production, or logistics sector.
- Is flexible and able to work in a shift system (morning/evening, and night shifts during peak season).
- Communicates effectively in English at a conversational level.
- Can adapt quickly to changing conditions and manage a team effectively in a demanding environment.
- Is focused on quality work and motivating the team to achieve goals.
