At Dow in Terneuzen, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer Europe who specializes in recruiting experienced professionals, particularly within the chemical industry. You are an expert in employer branding, sourcing strategies, and finding the perfect match.
Employment agency Manpower is searching for a Talent Sourcer for Dow in Terneuzen.
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the initial stages of the recruitment process.
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies.
- Actively reaching out to potential candidates via social media and professional networks.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with complex recruitment challenges by providing direct sourcing and advising on the best recruitment channels.
- Building and maintaining talent pools and advising on candidates for shortlists.
- Writing attractive job descriptions and promoting Dow’s employer brand both online and offline.
- Screening active and passive candidates and presenting diverse candidate shortlists.
- Analyzing data and dashboards to understand talent behavior and conducting market research.
What we offer you:
- A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,400.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer (up to 75 km one way).

- A full-time position of 40 hours per week.
Functie-eisen
- At least one year of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role.
- A bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field.
- Experience with sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches and recruitment via platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and tools like JobTeaser and Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong time-management skills.
