Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Talent Partner for Unilever in Rotterdam.
As a Talent Partner, you will take charge of shaping the Talent Agenda across various business areas, including the Ben & Jerry’s factory in Hellendoorn. You will be the key player in managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring we attract the best talent, both internally and externally. You will work closely with business leads and HRBPs to ensure the right talent is matched to the right roles, using data and innovative strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborating with business leads and HRBPs to forecast talent needs and develop hiring strategies
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future positions
- Using data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve candidate experience
- Implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other social media
- Managing internal vacancies and working on both proactive and reactive recruitment
- Advising on talent market trends, best practices, and process improvements

Functie-eisen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- Minimum of four years’ experience in Talent Management, preferably within a global FMCG or (online) retail environment
- At least two years of hands-on experience in sourcing and attracting scarce profiles using creative methods
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Preferably familiar with international recruitment processes and procedures
Skills
- Fluent in English because of job duties. Dutch is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, Workday, HiredScore, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital sourcing tools
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital and talent landscape
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively on operational and strategic tasks
- Availability of 32 till 40 hours per week
