Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Talent Marketeer for Dow in Terneuzen.
As a Talent Marketing Representative, you will perform the following working activities:
- Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns to attract Early Career talent
- Collaborate with Dow recruiters, Public Affairs, and external vendors
- Create and manage content for corporate websites, social media platforms, and recruitment platforms
- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent marketing strategies and provide insights on improving recruitment processes

Functie-eisen
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in talent marketing or a related field
- Familiarity with HR platforms such as LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with social media management and Google Adwords
- Fluency in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, or French) are a plus
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Ability to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (VOG)
Living near Terneuzen is a bonus but not mandatory!
