DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station is al meer dan tien jaar een van de meest iconische hotels van de hoofdstad. Het hotel staat vooral bekend om zijn rooftop bar, maar beschikt ook over vijftien vergaderzalen en een koffiecorner. Het team van DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station is enorm divers, vol energie en enthousiasme, wat essentieel is aangezien het hotel tijdens drukke weekenden meer dan 1.000 gasten per dag verwelkomt! Spannend nieuws! Het hotel ondergaat momenteel een ingrijpende transformatie. Niet alleen worden alle kamers en suites opnieuw ingericht in de kenmerkende Amsterdamse School-stijl, maar ook alle restaurants en bars worden gerenoveerd, gerebrand en gepositioneerd. Vorig jaar opende rooftop bar LuminAir, THE BAR ABOVE AMSTERDAM, op de 11e verdieping, en onlangs verwelkomde het hotel de nieuwe koffiezaak LOT61, op de hoek van DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station. Bovendien zijn we verheugd aan te kondigen dat er in oktober een gloednieuw restaurant wordt geopend, dat een uitzonderlijke culinaire ervaring zal bieden en ons culinaire aanbod verder zal versterken.

Always wanted to work in the largest hotel in the center of Amsterdam?DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station offers great views, exceptional service and vibrant food & beverage outlets and is currently looking for a new Storekeeper to join the Storekeeping team!
Our hotel offers an award-winning rooftop bar & terrace, a Lobby Bar, a restaurant, our very own LOT61 Coffee Store, Amsterdam's most extensive breakfast buffet, fifteen versatile meeting rooms, and 557 guest rooms.
Exciting news! Our hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovations. The pop-up restaurant Eastwood Beer & Grill, the Lobby Bar with our in-house library, and the Front Office are currently being renovated. These renovations are part of a larger project, with all Food & Beverage outlets being repositioned and rebranded in 2024. LuminAir, our Rooftop Bar, has already undergone an impressive rebranding and reopened in June 2023. Stay tuned for further developments, including the redesign of our entire ground floor.

Job Requirements
Who are we looking for?Our ideal candidate has previous experience as a Storekeeper in restaurants, hotels or a similar work environment and values hospitality. To successfully fulfil this role, it is important that you have the following skills:
- Your eye for detail oversees everything and you will ensure that all tasks will always be performed to the correct standards.
- You are creative in coming up with solutions and can quickly switch between various parties.
- Excellent communication skills, also in English
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with HACCP
- A social character
Furthermore, you have good organization, communication and PC skills. You make contact easily, communicate with our suppliers and maintain internal and external relations at all levels.In short, you are enthusiastic, hands-on, a spider in the web and a real addition to our team!
