FunctieomschrijvingFor a client in the fashion business based in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Senior Merchandise Planner Ecom Marketplace. For more information, please read the job description below. Please note, the deadline to apply is Monday, March 17th at 10:00AM.
Responsibilities:
- Divisional / product category planning for Marketplace / Partner Program (pre-season planning, KPI monitoring, in season management) in order to provide direction and guidance for the market place / Partner Program business.
- Steer forecast by channel for Marketplace / Partner Program of sales, markdown & margins (WSSI).
- Advise Buying on in-season performance in order to optimize sales and minimize end stock.
- Involvement in replenishment to optimize conversion on both channels and full price sell-through.
- Execute profitability analysis.
- Support on and execute the financial and operational forecast.
- Weekly, MTD, YTD, STD trade performance analyses by country and division (sales, stock, markdown and margin).
- Manage divisional/product category hindsight, buy budget, range plans based on historic performance and anticipated future development, sign offs and buy placement with merchandisers.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of digital planning experience preferably within Ecommerce.
- Experience in Marketplace/partner program ecommerce planning.
- Preferred education: Business, Fashion management.
- Strong numerical skills, strong planning and organization skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analyses to derive quantitative and qualitative business insights from data.
- Knowledge of SAP, BW, HANA; basic knowledge of Web analytics a plus.
- Ability to summarize and visualize unstructured queries into a compact insight.
- Focused on achieving results & confident to take on accountability to deliver to expectations.
- Team player with excellent social skills to build and strengthen the everyday relationship between core teams: buying and site merchandising.
- Fluency in English is required.
