YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand promotion. The main working location will be at the Leonardo Hotel Rembrandtpark in Amsterdam, but you will also travel with the social media marketer to various locations across the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, like TikTok and Instagram.
- Support in copywriting and publishing content across social media channels.
- Engage with our online community and stay on top of influencers and partners mentioning our brand
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and content planning.
- Support with statistic reporting and other social media related projects.
- Learn how to effectively represent a hotel brand through social media.
ARE YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?
- You are a student looking for an internship for your study.
- You are eager to learn, flexible, and proactive with a hands-on mentality.
- You are creative and passionate about content creation and social media trends.
- You are skilled with editing tools and apps.
- You have experience with photography & videography.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch, with strong communication skills.
- You are available 32-40 hours per week.
SUPPORT OFFICE
A young, fresh, stubborn hotel company, that takes a slightly different approach. That is Leonardo Hotels. We operate in the Benelux with 16 hotels. The employees of our Support Office work for all these hotels and perform tasks related to their department. The departments Sales, Human Resources, Revenue, Marketing and Finance are centralized and work together for the hotels in the Benelux. A permanent workplace? Not for us! We regularly visit the hotels and occasionally work at the offices located at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark. Every day is different and that makes our work fun and challenging!
Job Requirements
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU (ADDITIONAL TO A GREAT TEAM)?
- As a HBO student you will receive an internship fee based on €750,- gross per month fulltime, which consists of a €650,- internship fee and an €80,- expense fee. We use variable payment periods of 4 or 5 weeks at a time, according to the number of days and hours worked. So one month you will get a little less and the next month a little more.
