INNSiDE By Melia Amsterdam welcomed its first guests in 2022, a year after its official opening in 2021 due to the impact of COVID-19. INNSiDE Amsterdam is the only Melia hotel in The Netherlands, the hotel has 328 rooms, 2 restaurants (including a sky bar), 3 meeting rooms, and a gym. The hotel welcomes both business and leisure guests. The hotel's diverse team brings together colleagues from around the world, creating a vibrant atmosphere. An interesting feature of the hotel is that we have our own bees, we sell their honey at the reception.
Job description:
You will be support in an efficient handover of the property from contractors, ensuring all snagging is completed and the hotel is safe and operational, in compliance with the Dutch legislation and regulations. You will be engaged in repair, maintenance, the installation of machines, tools and equipment, in maintenance of the building, grounds, and utility systems of INNSiDE Amsterdam.
Job Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel
- Degree in technical studies
- Compliance with VDE regulations
- Compliance with fire safety guidelines to ensure safe hotel operations
- Preferable Dutch and English speaking
