As a Service Technician, you'll embark on a dynamic journey, equipped with a fully stocked van, to provide exceptional service and maintenance to buildings' exteriors. From repairing damages to advising clients on solutions, you'll tackle a variety of tasks each day, ensuring that every building looks better than when you arrived. With each facade presenting unique challenges in design, material, and technology, no two days will be the same.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Repairing damages to windows, doors, frames, and facade systems, including glass or rubber replacement, leak repairs, lock replacements, and overseeing crane operations for glass or panel installations.
• Independently liaising with clients, offering advice on potential solutions, and maintaining the quality and efficiency of your work.
• Upholding the company's reputation by delivering exceptional service and being a professional ambassador in all interactions.

Functie-eisen

You're a self-driven individual with:

• A minimum of an MBO level of education.
• Ideally, prior knowledge of building facades, windows, doors, and frames. If not, you're motivated to learn and we're eager to teach you the ropes.
• Strong communication skills, independence, and the ability to remain courteous and professional, even during busy periods.
• A valid driver's license and preferably a VCA diploma (or willingness to obtain one).
• Residency in the Utrecht area.
• Good knowledge of Dutch or English in verbal communication.
