As a senior test technician you will be the expert on how our machines work. Also you will be responsible for guiding new colleagues and you have the following responsibilities:
Lead the testing and validation of high-tech machines, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards
Develop and execute test plans for complex mechanical and electrical systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the testing process, working closely with engineering and assembly teams
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and support them in resolving testing challenges
Continuously improve testing protocols and methods to optimize efficiency and accuracy
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on testing outcomes, issues, and improvements

Extensive experience in mechanical and/or electrical testing of advanced machinery
Strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of test equipment and methodologies
Proven experience as a Test Technician, with a focus on high-tech machinery or equipment
Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical systems
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the testing process
Experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments
Flexibility to work in day shift, two-shift, or five-shift schedules
