• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions from concept to launch.
• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing risks and resources effectively.
• Engaging with stakeholders to align project goals and ensure satisfaction.

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical direction
• Proven experience in project management, especially in new product introductions.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• A background in engineering or technology with an understanding of product development.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Competitive salary indication: € 5.500,00 - € 10.000,00 a month
