With 160 hotel rooms, Meetingcentre The Den with 5 meeting rooms, Restaurant The Den on the ground floor and Current Rooftop Restaurant & Bar on the 9th floor, the hotel offers an extensive range of facilities. THE POSITION Hotel The Den is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Operations Intern to join the team. The intern will work directly with the operational management team and it involves overseeing and coordinating the various operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the Hotel. The role is based in Hotel The Den s'-Hertogenbosch.




Job Requirements
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the hotel.
  • Developing and implementing operational processed and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Analysing financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creating and implementing performance metrics to measure and track progress.
  • Working closely with department heads to ensure smooth running of operations.
  • Managing projects and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Managing and developing a team of operational staff.

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
