As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the functionality of advanced systems at customer sites worldwide.

• Perform periodic maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair complex systems.
• Install and commission new systems, including customer training.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams for optimized performance.
• Travel regionally and internationally, approximately 70% of the time.
• Prepare for tasks and provide support activities during non-travel periods.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience, with strong knowledge of electronics (analog and digital) and fine mechanics.
• 5+ years of experience as a service engineer in complex instrumentation, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of electron optics, high voltage, and vacuum technology is a plus.
• A proactive and customer-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently after an initial training period, meet deadlines under pressure, and contribute to team success.
• Fluent in English and comfortable interacting with diverse cultures.
