Vacature Senior Electrical Engineer (10+ Years Experience)

Functieomschrijving

Lead a team of at least two engineers to deliver high-quality modular substation projects.
Liaise with customers, factories, and other Trinamics departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Carry out engineering tasks, including verifying electrical distribution system designs and coordinating interfaces with our customers.
Resolve technical issues related to layouts, components, cabling selection, termination kits, earthing, and grounding.
Write assembly and commissioning plans to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Factory Witness Tests (FWT) both on-site and at our factories.
Plan and oversee the progress of factory operations and resolve any technical issues.
Place orders and learn to estimate the commercial impact of additional work performed.
Collaborate closely with an experienced lead engineer to deliver optimal engineering solutions.

Functie-eisen

Completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience.
Strong leadership skills, capable of managing a team of at least two engineers.
A flexible working attitude, with a practical and results-oriented approach.
Strong communication skills, committed, stress-resistant, and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for short-term assignments (15% travel required).
General knowledge of LV, MV, Transformers, and construction procedures.
Experience in working with demanding clients and ability to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
Fluent in English (verbal and written), Dutch language skills are a plus.
Availability for a full-time, 40-hour working week.
