Junior International Sales Manager - Industrial Engineering

What will you do?
As a Junior International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners.
• Identifying new business opportunities and markets within the industrial engineering sector, particularly in the maritime industry.
• Preparing offers and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborating with internal teams to translate client needs into suitable solutions.

This position will primarily be based at our office in Almere, with regular international travel to meet clients and strengthen relationships.

Requirements:

• Must live within 30 minutes of Almere.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in international sales, preferably within industrial engineering or machine building.
• Excellent communication skills in English (required) and a second language (preferably Dutch, German, Spanish, Korean, or another major European language).
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel internationally for the role.
