  •         Actively solicits new business for the hotel (European market - corporate, mice, entertainment, Global - government)
  •         Provides market intelligence and feedback to Director of Sales as result of face to face calls and telephone solicitation.
  •         Implements pro-active Sales action plans related te the area as outlined in the business plan.
  •         Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key clients from specific segments to drive business and increase fare market share
  •         Hosts familiarizations stays, conduct site inspections and gives sales presentations to showcase the hotel's services and products.Travel
  •         Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to increase the hotel's visibility and attract new business.Reporting
  •         Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, guest feedback and the sales performance to identify opportunities for business growth.Qualifications
  •         Bachelor's degree / higher education in hospitality or a related field
  •         Experience in luxury hospitality/ hotel sales preferred
  •         Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  •         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •         Be a social butterfly and natural networker - actively engage with the local community, partners, colleagues and clients.
