As Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for managing the CRM system as well as supporting office operations, and assisting with accounting tasks. This role involves optimizing CRM functionalities, generating and managing reports and dashboards, and providing comprehensive support to Sales and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration:
- Manage and optimize CRM functionalities to support daily operations and strategic objectives.
- Generate, analyze, and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the Sales and Finance teams.
- Collaborate with Systems and Sales teams to handle system integration's and analyze user and customer data.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline review meetings, and automate payment processes and reporting for Finance and Sales teams.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations including mail distribution, scanning, and filing documents.
- Coordinate courier services, process incoming cheques, and manage telephone and email correspondence.
- Provide administrative support, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders in both Dutch and English.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of CRM functionalities.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is essential for effective communication.
- Experience in office management and administrative support.
- Familiarity with SaaS-based environments is a plus!
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
