Vacature Revit Modeler - HVAC & Mechanical Design in Amsterdam

Functieomschrijving

Create detailed 3D models of HVAC and mechanical systems in Revit
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate various systems into complex building designs
Develop models for data centers, hospitals, airports, and similar high-demand environments
Ensure the designs meet the project specifications, technical requirements, and industry standards
Review and optimize designs to ensure efficiency and sustainability
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment and deadlines are met
Troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements for ongoing projects

Functie-eisen

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience with Revit in complex building environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, airports)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical designs
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Competitive salary between €3,000 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on experience
