FunctieomschrijvingRPO Talent solutions is seeking a Resource Manager to join our team. The RPO team acts as an extension of the clients HR or recruitment function, delivering a comprehensive, customized recruitment solution designed to meet the business demands of our clients. In this role you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes for RPO and at its clients. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can manage fluctuating hiring volumes and manage versatile responsibilities and adapt to business demands and requests. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, sufficient experience in recruitment, strategic resource planning, stakeholder management, and understanding of the importance of continuous employee development.
Key Responsibilities: The role is divided into three main areas:
1. Business continuity (50%)
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for internal and external positions, ensuring the right talent is sourced and onboarded efficiently.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver suitable candidates in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, amongst other the management team, to align recruitment challenges and strategies with business goals and forecast future resource needs.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
2. Onboarding, training & development (30%)
- Identify training needs and opportunities for RPO employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Create and develop training programs to support employee development and career growth.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the RPO team.
- Responsible for the onboarding process of new RPO colleagues and the continuous improvement of this program.
3. Projects (20%)
- Overseeing the allocation of RPO resources amongst all different programs and support sales & business development during prospect phase.
- Use the creative space to propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance resource flexibility and efficiency.
Functie-eisenQualifications:
- Proficiency in English is a must, and Dutch is preferred
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an RPO or corporate environment.
- Understanding of strategic resource planning and workforce management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially minded in order to align resource management strategies with business goals to drive profitability.

Working Conditions:
- This role may require occasional travel to different ManpowerGroup locations or to the different clients within the country.
