No room is the same and all hotels are in interesting buildings, conform to the city they are in. Job Description
Are you enthusiastic and dedicated to exceeding guest expectations?Then we are looking for you!At Quentin Hotels we try to create extraordinary experiences for our guests. We are looking for a motivated Reservations Agent who can help us achieve our goals.As a Reservations Agent, you (together with your team) are responsible for 11 hotels in Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, and Prague.
Some of your tasks are...
- Processing corporate and private reservations by email and phone
- Processing cancellations and modifications
- Communicating reservation details to the Front Desk
- Assisting the Front Desk when required
- Implementing hotel policies
Job Requirements
What do we expect from you?
- You are fluent in English and German (any additional languages are a big advantage)
- Good communicative skills
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
