Come join us!Purpose of the Role:The Rebranding Coordinator will support the successful rebranding of Eden Hotels into the Leonardo Hotels portfolio. This role focuses on assisting in the implementation of new branding in the physical hotels and their online presence. Additionally, the Coordinator collaborates with various team members to help ensure the seamless execution of the rebranding project. Reporting to the Project Manager Rebranding, this role involves close collaboration with the marketing team, hotel managers, and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support and Coordination:
- Assist the Project Manager in maintaining and tracking a detailed project plan, including key milestones, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate specific activities related to updating the physical and visual aspects of the hotels, such as interior design, signage, and branding elements.
- Liaise with the procurement team to follow up on the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support the consistent application of brand standards across all rebranding activities.
2. Digital Transition Assistance:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the digital marketing team during the adaptation of online platforms (website, reservation systems, OTAs, etc.).
- Assist with ensuring that the new brand standards are accurately implemented in digital channels, working closely with IT and Digital Marketing Manager.
3. Communication and Launch Support:
- Work with the PR Manager to help organize press and launch events to introduce the rebranded hotels.
- Support internal communication efforts by preparing materials and updates for hotel employees about the rebranding process.
4. Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as a key point of contact for coordinating communication between various stakeholders, such as hotel managers, marketing team members, and external vendors.
- Prepare regular progress updates, summaries, and reports for the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
