Organisation
In Friesland Campina Wageningen, various disciplines, such as R&D, marketing, sales, purchasing, and supply chain, work closely together in an inspiring environment. To accelerate and strengthen our innovation process, we also collaborate with innovation partners at the Innovation Centre, such as Wageningen University & Research Centre, other knowledge institutes, our member dairy farmers, customers, and suppliers.
Our Innovation Centre in Wageningen consists of four components: a large pilot plant with refrigeration and storage warehouses, and three buildings housing offices and strictly hygienic laboratories. Pedestrian bridges and atriums connect the different parts of the facility. The centre also includes an experience centre, an innovation kitchen, and a test bakery. Here, consumers, customers, and FrieslandCampina employees from all over the world can experience our delicious products.

- Conducting experiments and tests on various materials, components, subsystems, and the entire Lattiz system
- Performing mechanical/physical measurements, thermal tests, strength-elongation tests, barrier tests, dimension measurements
- Measuring process conditions in the Lattiz machine and machine components (pressure, temperature, parameter variations, water flow)
- Measuring milk foam performance (foam height, bubble size, coffee and milk ratio, foam thickness)
- Conducting hygiene tests on the machine and packaging (color measurements, preparation of microbiological tests) and seal tests on the packaging
- Collecting and analyzing results from the experiments and reporting to the team
- Recording results in a logical, accessible manner
Team Details: You will work in a team of five quality and development specialists in a lab environment.
Location: You will be working at the Royal Friesland Campina innovation center in Wageningen.
Job Requirements

We are of course happy to accommodate you! Here's what you can expect from us:
- A monthly salary indication of €3200 to €4500 gross based on 38 hours per week. This is excluding travel expenses and allowances
25 vacation days per year based on a full-time contract.
