About the position:
The Quality Manager ensures a safe and compliant work environment and operation in the NewCold sites in the Netherlands.
As the Quality Manager you are responsible for the development, implementation, review and maintenance of a comprehensive Management Quality System which is aligned to business requirements and Occupational Health & Safety, Chain of Responsibility, Injury Rehabilitation, and other applicable risk-based legislation, such as Environment and Quality Certifications.
In this role, the Quality Manager will work closely together with the Sites Manager as well as the VP Global QHSE.
Please note this job will have a second location in Dinteloord Netherlands.
Who are we looking for?
You have:
- Bachelor in Engineering or Warehouse Management
- 7 to 10 years of experience in QSHE Management, ideally in a warehouse or other logistics environment
- Experience in comparable industry, such as warehousing, logistics, cold storage, etc.
- Good Risk Assessment skills
- Anticipative Thinking
- Professional Communication skills in Dutch and English
- Quality, Health and Safety Certificates
