Both by adding new hotels to the portfolio and launching new restaurant concepts, but also because we became part of Leonardo Hotels in 2018. As Leonardo Hotels Benelux, we are within the large Leonardo Hotels Group, responsible for all activities for the 28 hotels in the Netherlands and Belgium. Responsible for the successful and efficient rebranding of Eden Hotels to the brands within the Leonardo Hotels portfolio. The focus lies on coordinating the implementation of the new brand in both the physical hotels and their online presence. Additionally, the Project Manager collaborates with the PR & Communications Manager on planning and executing a successful launch of the renewed hotel products. The Project Manager Rebranding reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and works closely with other marketing team experts (Operational, PR & Communication, Brand, and Digital).Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination and Implementation:
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications to oversee a detailed project plan, including milestones, deadlines, and budgets.
- Contribute to activities related to the physical and visual updates in the hotels (e.g., interior design, signage, and guest experience).
- Work closely with the procurement manager to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure consistent application of the new brand standards.
- Digital Transition:
- Support the digital marketing team in adapting the hotels' online presence (website, reservation systems, OTAs, and other digital platforms) to the new branding.
- Ensure the correct implementation of brand standards in digital channels in collaboration with the IT and Digital Marketing Manager.
- Communication and Launch:
- Collaborate with the PR Manager to create a strategic communication plan for the brand's relaunch.
- Organize press and launch events to introduce the renewed hotels to the market.
- Engage internal stakeholders, such as hotel employees, in the process and ensure effective communication about the rebranding.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including hotel managers, procurement managers, and marketing team colleagues.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of branding and brand implementation, including digital transitions.
- Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
