FunctieomschrijvingAs a Project Manager NPI (New Product Introduction) at, you will spearhead the transition of new products from development to volume release. You will take full accountability for the technical, financial, logistical, and quality (QLTC) aspects of projects. Leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers—including factory engineers, manufacturing engineers, supply chain engineers, and quality engineers—you will ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure product manufacturability and process/product quality are secured.
- Propose product improvement suggestions to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Establish and uphold the production process according to predefined targets in quality, logistics, technology, and cost.
- Optimize and secure the supply chain.
- Provide progress reports internally within the company and externally to clients.
- Oversee the realization of prototypes and pilot production runs.
- Transition projects to the customer Program team for serial production of NPI industrialized products.
Functie-eisen- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management within the complex manufacturing industry, where you serve as the key interface for clients, suppliers, and internal production teams.
- Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Preferably familiar with the high-tech industry and its unique demands.
- Based in Eindhoven, you will be the primary contact person for clients and report to steering committees with clear and well-substantiated updates.
- Excellent technical and commercial insight, coupled with strong analytical skills.
- Systematic and methodical approach to work, with the ability to handle pressure effectively.
