In the role of Project Manager for New Product Introductions, you will oversee the setup and execution of complex new product launches, focusing on cutting-edge technologies and systems that make a significant impact in the industry. You will be responsible for:

• Leading cross-functional teams in the development and rollout of advanced machinery and components, such as those used in semiconductor manufacturing and cutting-edge systems for industry leaders like ASML.
• Coordinating all project phases from concept through to implementation, ensuring the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• A degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field) at the bachelor's or master's level.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the high-tech sector, with a strong track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from € 70,000 to € 120,000.
