• Manage the entire lifecycle of luxury yacht projects from planning to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams to define project goals and technical specifications
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budget controls, monitoring each phase of progress
• Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Maritime Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the luxury yacht, maritime, or engineering industries
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proven experience in budget management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
