  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project management plan that aligns with project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure maximum project effectiveness and team engagement.
  • Lead and motivate team members throughout the project lifecycle, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, particularly during critical milestones such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  • Oversee all aspects of quality control and ensure the highest safety standards are maintained throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with commissioning engineers and site supervisors, ensuring smooth transitions from project execution to after-sales support.
  • As a senior project manager, you will be challenged to advance to a program manager role for our largest clients.

Functie-eisen
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in multidisciplinary projects with a focus on electrical engineering.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • PMP or IPMA certification, as well as VCA VOL or ISO 45001 (formal OHSAS) safety certification.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering.
  • A positive attitude with strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of your time to sites or factories worldwide.
