Er werken meer dan 150 medewerkers op het kantoor in Hoofddorp. Employment benefits:
- A competitive salary between €5.000 - €6.000 a month based on experience and suitability;

What will you do?
As a Project Engineer Structural, you play a key role within the project teams. You are the expert in structural engineering, ensuring that the designs meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. Your responsibilities:
- Developing the main structural plan and overall structural designs during the early phases of projects.;
- Representing your discipline within multidisciplinary teams and ensuring seamless integration with other disciplines;
- Maintaining oversight of the process, from overarching concepts to detailed execution;
- Coordinating with shipyards, owner teams, classification societies, and suppliers;
- Utilizing modern 3D CAD systems to accurately process design information and specifications.;
- Creating innovative solutions for complex components and performing strength and stiffness calculations;
- Assessing the manufacturability of designs and monitoring detailed engineering and hull construction;
- Ensuring quality control and delivering projects within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and specifications.
As a go-to expert in your discipline, you coach colleagues, provide advice, and inspire others with your leadership, clear communication, and vision.

Additionally, you possess:
- Extensive experience in structural engineering, preferably in luxury yacht building;
- Expertise in strength and stiffness calculations;
- Proficiency with modern 3D CAD systems;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Strong communication abilities and a coaching mindset.;
- A positive, creative attitude and a constant drive for improvement.
