Vacature Project Engineer - Electrical Systems (Busbar Design for Data Centers)

Electrical Design: Develop and refine Busbar system designs for major infrastructure projects.
3D Modeling: Create technical designs using 3D tools, ensuring all project specifications are met.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues on low-voltage and medium-voltage systems design, as well as HVAC and other mechanical systems.
Client Communication: Maintain proactive contact with clients, providing updates on progress and managing expectations.
Testing & Commissioning: Organize and attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), offering technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation: Prepare necessary project documents and ensure all designs and processes meet safety and regulatory standards.
On-Site Support: Provide remote or on-site assistance during the assembly and commissioning phases to ensure the successful implementation of systems

Functie-eisen

Educational Background: A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in electrical systems design and project management.
Strong knowledge of low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical systems, including Busbar Systems.
Experience working with 3D design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) to create electrical layouts.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address design issues, including layout, component selection, fire safety, and electrical auxiliary systems.
Teamwork and Communication: Proactive in maintaining client relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Industry Knowledge: Experience with complex infrastructure projects such as data centers, hospitals, or airports is a strong plus.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Salary Range: €55,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience.
