Your role as a Project Controller

To support our further worldwide growth, we are looking to recruit a Project Controller.
Together with the other project controllers you will ensure that deliverables are met within time, within budget and that all risks are listed and mitigated. You will be doing this in close collaboration with the SSC Accounting.

What will you do?

• Create project budgets
• Create project related cashflow overviews
• Prepare funding proposals to banks
• Monitor timely approval of Project related purchase orders
• Monitor timely approval of Project related invoices
• Monitor project master data
• Create monthly financial project reports
• Participate in improvement projects
• Any ad hoc activity
  
  

Who are we looking for?

You are a finance professional who is ready for a next step in his/her career. You are eager to learn new skills, share what you know, expand your network and contribute to the continued growth of NewCold. You have an affinity for financial accounting preferably you have relevant experience with working in an international environment. In addition, you have:

• A minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a financial department preferably in an international organization
• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HBO)
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced transaction-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient in English, preferably Dutch, any other European language is a plus
• A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
• Can take on multiple projects/tasks and problem solver
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
• Ability to follow up on pending issues and meet deadlines
• Netsuite experience is a plus
• Project controlling experience is big plus

Please note that working from our Breda office is required 4 days / week.
