As a Machine Operator, you play a crucial role in keeping our production process efficient and high-quality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines (PVC extrusion).
• Packing products and conducting quality control checks to maintain high standards.
• Troubleshooting minor technical issues and performing routine maintenance.
• Collaborating with your team to meet production targets.
• Working in a 3-shift system, requiring flexibility in working hours.

We are looking for motivated candidates who are eager to grow in a technical role. Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You already reside in the Netherlands (we do not provide accommodation).
• You are willing to learn Dutch and, preferably, already have a basic understanding of the language.
• You have a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• You enjoy working in a team and have a flexible approach to tasks.
• Experience with a forklift is a plus but not required.
