For a client in the fashion business based in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Production Operations Coordinator.  Are you available and interested in the position? The Department and Team:

The Production Operations Coordinator will support the Outlet Production team. They will be working with Product Development, Style Master Data team, Sourcing Hubs, vendors and Global & Regional Markets.

The Production Operations Coordinator will be working on Purchase Order Creation and Purchase Order Maintenance for all Outlet Global Product placement.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase Order Creation for Global Outlet Collection for both Seasonal and NOS buys.
• AC Date maintenance for all regions.
•  Purchase Order attributing, such as Priorities and themes.
• Work through VMS with vendors.
• Create and communicate PO Placement overviews
• Create weekly shipping reports to Track & Trace deliveries. Ensure that goods leave factories on time, track / push this on a daily basis, and negotiate on delays.
• Timely communication with vendors/factories and with Freight Forwarders, to monitor production timelines and process the changes on delivery dates for bulk orders.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of work experience in operations within a large Ecommerce or FMCG organization.
• Strong communication skills.
• Precise, effective and pro-active.
• Able to identify priorities.
• Flexible team player.
• Microsoft Office skills and Adobe.
• Excellent Excel skills, including V-lookup and Pivot Tables (SAP FMS is a plus).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
