As an Operator, you are the driving force behind one of our advanced production lines. Together with a small team of two to three colleagues, you ensure that the computer-controlled grating and packaging machines operate optimally. Your tasks include setting up, operating, and converting machines, while always keeping an eye on quality and safety.You work in a two-shift system: from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. During your shift, you are constantly working on improving efficiency and immediately addressing minor malfunctions. Additionally, you motivate and guide your team to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.Your main tasks include operating, setting up, and converting machines, coordinating the work of your team members, ensuring quality and compliance with safety rules, analyzing and resolving minor technical issues, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
