• Oversee and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for enhancement.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• A competitive salary ranging from €3,400.00 to €4,500.00 per month.
