They are the market leader in their industry and are renowned for their own research & development department. They were the first in the world to develop a tent with multiple floors.

For our client in Kessel, we are seeking a production employee for the Maintenance and Laundry department. As a production employee, you will be responsible for inspecting all used materials for quality, cleaning, packaging, and preparing them for transportation or storage. You will be working in a modern machine park, ensuring that the customer always receives complete, clean, and undamaged rental materials. You will clean tent components, floors, walls, doors, windows, and canvases using machines and your own hands. You are proficient in operating industrial machines and skilled in using a high-pressure cleaner.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Machine and manual washing and maintenance of tent components and rental materials (such as floors, walls, doors, windows, and canvases).
• Operating industrial washing machines and dryers, high-pressure cleaners, and overhead traveling cranes.
• Monitoring product quality and identifying damages.
• Inspecting and packing canvases.
• Preparing materials.
• Ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment.

You will work in an international environment where the main languages are Dutch and English. Your working hours will be between 07:00 and 15:30 from Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone with some experience in an industrial production environment and a practical mindset. You are eager to get your hands dirty and not afraid of hard work. Additionally, you have:

• Completed VMBO and basic vocational training (level 2) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Dutch or English.
• A forklift certificate, or you are willing to obtain one.
• Willingness to improve yourself by participating in internal training programs.
