As a production worker, you play a crucial role in various production departments, including precast concrete floors, construction elements, prefab floors, prefab walls, and ribbed floors. Your tasks will include:

• Performing various production tasks, such as assembling elements, placing embedded components, unloading products, and pouring concrete;
• Operating overhead cranes, hall cranes, and other essential equipment;
• Monitoring and ensuring quality throughout the production process;
• Collaborating within a team to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
