We are looking for dedicated Process Operators to join our innovative client in the high-tech industry. You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing complex production processes, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency. As a Process Operator, you will be a crucial part of the production team.

• Operating and monitoring high-tech production equipment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Ensuring consistent quality control throughout the production process.
• Adjusting equipment settings based on production requirements and specifications.
• Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery.

• Technical education or relevant work experience.
• Experience in operating machinery in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and maintain focus in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Competitive salary: € 3.400,00 - € 5.000,00 depending on experience.
