Vacature omschrijving

• Analyze returned products based on customer complaints, advising on potential solutions and associated costs.
• Log complaints and requests in the system, including repair requests and update inquiries.
• Perform repairs according to established work methods and technical instructions.
• Develop new work instructions for the Repair department, with a focus on optimization and quality.

• A completed vocational (MBO) or bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in reading technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
• Analytical skills with a pragmatic approach and attention to administrative accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
• Full-time availability

• A direct one-year contract, with the expectation of a permanent contract with the client after the first year, based on good performance
• A competitive salary ranging from €2,700 to €3,700 per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• 27 vacation days and 13 additional days off per year.
