Purpose of the position: As a parking manager together with your international colleagues you will expand an existing truckstop in Moerdijk into a modern, secured full-service parking for drivers. The goal is to realize a secure place where drivers can comfortably spend the night, shower, eat and more. Over time, it will become a more managerial role as new colleagues will be added to the team. When starting out, duties will be more in the area of making the site fully operational.

Duties:

• Working with your colleagues to further operationalize the parking lot;
• Handling incoming requests from drivers and companies;
• Managing and handling incoming requests for reservations;
• Opening the parking lot and speaking to drivers;
• Proactively and thoroughly resolve a variety of issues;
• Handling payment transactions with various credit cards;
• Creating reports in Excel of transactions and operational matters;
• Maintaining effective contacts with partners such as catering and cleaning;
• Working closely with your (international) colleagues from Sales and the Account Department.

In addition they rent out logistic storage spaces and offices. You will work in the part that offers secure and modern parking spaces for drivers. In Spain and France they already have two large parking lots under management, the Netherlands will be the third country where they will realize this.
