Your role as an operator at Mora
As an operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. Together with your team, you make sure that snacks like croquettes and frikandellen are produced perfectly every day.
Your daily tasks include:
- Mixing, blending, and preparing ingredients according to strict recipes.
- Setting up, operating, and adjusting production lines.
- Independently solving first-line malfunctions, sometimes in cooperation with the technical department.
- Performing small-scale preventive maintenance on machines.
- Cleaning and sanitizing production lines and machines.
- Recording production data and reporting any discrepancies.
- Guiding and instructing colleagues.

At Mora, 400 employees and 100 temporary workers work daily to produce the best snacks for both the catering industry and retail. Think of croquettes, frikandellen, and cheese soufflés. Wat vragen wij?
- Full-time availability (38 / 33.6 hours per week).
- Willingness to work in a 3 or 5-shift system.
- Experience as an operator, chef, or other relevant technical background.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You speak good English.
What do we offer?
- A gross monthly salary between € 2,738.44 and € 2,893.25 (excluding shift allowance).
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer.
- 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday pay, pension plan, and weekly payments.
