• Master the filling line operations, gaining hands-on experience with our products and machinery.
• Lead and inspire a team of 2-3 operators/production employees as a Line Manager.
• Ensure top-quality control and manage the administrative documentation of production data.
• Perform essential maintenance on machines and manage the changeover and cleaning processes.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, collaborating with the Technical Service when needed.

• MBO 2-3 working and thinking level
• Completed training as (food) operator preferred
• Management experience or ambition to develop this
• Command of Dutch and/or English language
• Proactive, results-oriented, and quality-conscious
• Ability to work full-time in a 3-shift schedule
