We are looking for an operator in two or three shifts (17% or 28,5%) in Breda who, with good training and onboarding, wants to operate multiple machines at the same time, and is not afraid to learn new tasks to get things done.
What are you going to do?
As a machine operator you are going to work with different machines such as mailer, shredder, folder and sheetfeeder. You are responsible for:
- ensuring that the machines are running smoothly so they can produce the right bankcards;
- checking the quality of the produced products;
- fix minor issues and report malfunctioning products;
- ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
You will receive an on-the-job training to discover how to do the job according to safety and security regulations. You will work in two or three shifts: 06:15-14:45 - 13:45-22:15 - 22:00-06:30
Waar ga je werken?
This employer is part of a solid international company and is located in Breda. They produce credit- and debitcards, and contactless payment cards. Furthermore they also focus on payment and ID verification and provide contact to financial institutions.
You are going to work in a flexible environment within an informal team of around 35 colleagues with different nationalities. There is a close and valuable collaboration with all of the workers.
Wat vragen wij?
You are the production operator we are looking for if you:
- have experience as a production worker;
- are available to work in 2 or 3 shifts. Or can permanently work the night shift;
- speak the English language well.

What do we offer?
- A long-term employment where you will eventually receive a permanent contract from our client;
- Base salary of € 13,90, with shift allowances ranging from 17% - 30% based on the shift you decide to work;
- Your gross salary will range between € 16,27 and € 18,07;
- Yearly performance reviews which may result in a 6% (or more) salary increase;
- Upon proven suitability a contract with the client after seven months;
- 25 vacation days and 8,33% holiday allowance;
- Room for personal and professional growth.
